HIG in Dubai

Horus Investment Group’s leadership team, led by CEO Stéphane DEFO, participated in Global Banking & Markets Middle East, held in Dubai on 22–24 June 2026.

The delegation met investors, financial institutions and strategic partners to discuss investment opportunities, infrastructure financing and capital mobilisation for Africa’s economic development.

Strengthening market connections

The exchanges supported HIG’s international development and its focus on connecting CEMAC financial markets, international investors and Middle Eastern financial actors.

For HIG, the forum provided a setting to develop relationships around African projects and their financing needs.

From investor dialogue to financial preparation

Connecting a project with capital requires a clear account of its economics, risks and funding needs. For infrastructure, projected revenues and contractual responsibilities need to be considered alongside long-term financing requirements.

This preparation relates to HIG’s services in financial modelling, risk allocation and transaction structuring. It helps project sponsors organise the documentation needed for detailed discussions with financing partners.
