Horus Investment Group participated in the France–Chad Business Forum, held on 25 September 2026 at Les Salons Hoche in Paris. The event brought together public and private stakeholders to discuss economic cooperation and investment opportunities in Chad.
A dialogue focused on investment
Convened by MEDEF International, the forum took place against the backdrop of the “Chad Connection 2030” national development plan. The priorities presented included energy, agriculture, infrastructure and digital connectivity.
For businesses and investors, these discussions offer an opportunity to better understand the country’s needs and the conditions for participating in projects. Chad’s Ministry of Finance also highlighted the importance of lasting partnerships between French and Chadian businesses.
From opportunity to a financeable project
